We faced the challenge of connecting different Votorantim stakeholders at a business event. However, it should have a lighter format to foster participation and cohesion. As a result, we managed to gather investors, shareholders and strategic partners during an unconference at Unique Hotel to discuss the present and design the future.
Copa America Watch Party – Cafu’s House
Date: July 10, 2024
Place: Alphaville – São Paulo – SP
One of the world’s top sports media groups requested a priceless experience to entertain its clients.
As a result, Pronto! agency has designed a fun party at the house of the all-time most capped player for Brazil, Cafu.
The comprehensive and unique experience included watching a Copa America match, playing pickup soccer at the footballer’s private field and a Samba Jam Session during the half-time break.
Tributes Paid to Employees during the Pandemic
Date: November 2020
Places: Enel’s headquarters in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, and Fortaleza.
Enel – one of Brazil’s top electric utility companies – paid tributes to frontline employees across the company who worked during the pandemic, with video projecting used to display messages in the São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Fortaleza headquarters to thank them for their support.
This widely celebrated initiative was designed and executed by the PRONTO! team, for an awesome and amazing impact.
Ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Panati & Marangatu Solar Parks
Dates: June 07-19, 2024
Places: Jaguaretama (state of Ceará) and Brasileira (state of Piauí)
As the clean energy industry further expands in Brazil, our local presence in Fortaleza (the capital of the sunshine state) allowed us to be in charge of organizing the ribbon-cutting ceremonies of two new solar farms in the state of Ceará and Piauí, in the cities of Jaguaretama (Panati Complex) and Brasileira (Marangatu Complex). The two new solar farms were built thanks to a 2 billion investment made by SPIC in Brazil.
Núclea’s booth at 2024 edition of Febraban Tech Show

This client operates in synergy with our deliverables. For the second consecutive year, we were hired to design and operate Núclea’s booth at the Febraban Tech 2024 show. The booth included a live streaming studio and full assistance to visitors, who were provided unique experiences. As a result, it was one of the show’s most visited booths.

IRede Group hired PRONTO! agency to organize a ribbon-cutting ceremony for its new administrative headquarters to C-Level guests, local and federal government authorities. The official opening cocktail was the perfect setting for an innovative company that operates in other Brazilian states and has huge potential for footprint expansion.

Fast Shop, a renowned online and brick-and-mortar retailer, took part in the 2024 edition of The Best of Blues and Rock Festival held at Ibirapuera Park. The welcoming booth staged activations to amaze guests, thanks to collaboration with partner brands, such as Brastemp (white goods), 3 Corações (coffee) and JBL. From planning to execution, we demonstrated that a big festival is a very good opportunity to amaze audiences.
