Marangatu and Panati

Marangatu and Panati were to be inaugurated simultaneously, in different locations, involving hundreds of stakeholders and an operation that needed to function as one.

More than staging two events, the challenge was to coordinate protocols, suppliers, and distinct audiences while maintaining the same experience and the same level of care on each end.

Everything happening at the same time.

We created an integrated operation to connect both inaugurations, mobilizing local suppliers and coordinating the entire journey between the two complexes.

The culture of each region also came into play, bringing the events closer to their local territories, while a simultaneous broadcast extended the experience to employees and audiences following remotely.
