If power comes from people, they need to be at the center.

BRF Pet needed to bring together different audiences, markets, and leaders around a shared direction for the year ahead.

Employees, executives, and national and international distributors were connected in a convention created to align strategy, recognize the people who make the business happen, and transform collective strength into momentum for the next cycle.

We created the concept "Our Power Comes From You" and made it the guiding thread of the entire journey, from the first invitation to the closing celebration.

At the heart of the experience, a 360° plenary with a paw-shaped stage brought content, leadership, and audience closer together. Around it, set design and activations gave center stage to the portfolio's main brands and created different points of contact throughout the event.

Content, relationship-building, entertainment, and celebration were connected in a single experience that transformed strategy into collective energy.
