Natal Encantado do Jóquei

The arrival of Santa Claus marked the opening of North Shopping Jóquei's Christmas celebrations and needed to transform a traditional calendar moment into an experience capable of mobilizing families, children, and the entire mall.

More than revealing the season's most anticipated character, the challenge was to build anticipation, create emotion, and have the audience follow the story from the stage to the corridors.

We created a complete Christmas journey, with exclusive set design, a musical performance, a children's choir, and characters who prepared the audience for the big moment.

Santa Claus arrived in a vintage car and, after the main performance, continued in a procession through the mall accompanied by a band and characters, extending the experience beyond the stage and bringing the audience closer to the celebration.

From production to the execution of each stage, Pronto turned the arrival into an event that officially marked the start of Christmas at Jóquei.
